I suspect that my spouse is cheating, what should I do?

Most importantly, do not confront your spouse about your suspicions! Act normally as if you have no idea what is going on; you don't want your spouse to suddenly become careful and change his/her behaviour and jeopardize an investigation. We need him/her to stay comfortable and continue with the suspected affair until we conduct the necessary covert surveillance and collect the evidence that you need.

I have never before hired a Private Investigator, how does this all work?

Private Investigators are trained and licensed professionals that perform investigations in a legal manner on behalf of the client. Once you contact us or set a confidential appointment up, we will discuss the case particulars and suggest a action plan. If you decide to retain us, we will collect all of the information required to conduct the investigation, collect a retainer from you and inform you as to when we expect to begin the work on your file. Throughout the investigation, we will keep you updated on the progress as events and information develop and as we see fit and makes sense. When the investigation is complete, you will be notified, presented with the results of the investigation and a detailed report will be given to you (if required), including any photos or video obtained.

Please note that we conduct all investigation in a legal manner, i.e. we do not break the law no manner the situation. Also, we cannot invent evidence and we will not set a trap up for your spouse to entice him/her to cheat. We provide professional investigative services using the latest equipment and techniques to deliver the facts to you.

Is the information I provide kept confidential? Would you ensure that my spouse never discovers that I have hired you?

Of course! All of our investigative opreations are conducted covertly and ALL information you provide to us is kept confidential at all times. Furthermore, we work for YOU the client, and all information collected during the investigation is provided to you but it too falls under the same confidentiality agreement. Most importantly, your spouse will never find out that you have hired us to conduct the investigation on him/her. In short, we NEVER disclose to anyone that you have retained our services.

While we can conduct all business electronically and over the phone, we also offer a free 30-45 minute telephone or in-person consultation to answer your questions, discuss the case and suggest a investigative plan. You at this point have no obligation to hire us after the consultation.

Can you tell me if my spouse is cheating?

If you suspect that your spouse is cheating and there indeed is cheating going on, we will document it on video and report it to you. Using covert surveillance, we monitor your spouse's actions and record them on video. But, we do not bait or entice your spouse to cheat, we only record what he/she does. We use professional equipment and can record video during the day and night, even in complete darkness.

I suspect that my spouse is having an affair, what information do you need from me to begin the investigation?

We need to know names, recent photos, recent events, work and daily schedules, habits, vehicle color/type and license plate number, home and work addresses, personal traits and any other information pertinent to the investigation we are about to conduct. Most importantly, you should tell us if you (or anyone else) have discussed your suspicions about the affair with your spouse and whether you have in the past retained an investigator related to the suspected affair.

It is up to you to choose what to share with us, but the more we know about the case and the subject, the better investigative results we can provide and possibly at a lower cost to you.

What evidence will I get at the end of the investigation?

You will receive High definition video footage and still photos of the surveillance.

What is Teen-Problem Investigations?

Peer pressure and immaturity can often lead teens to bad decisions that may alter their futures; we give you the facts to allow you to act now and stop any possible bad behaviour before an incident involving police services occurs.

Do you provide person-locate services?

Yes. Person Locate investigations which are not business-related or associated with legal action are thoroughly vetted prior to accepting the assignment. We have the duty and ethical obligation to maintain a subject’s safety after finding him/her and will take appropriate measures to ensure that this happens.

In Missing Person investigations (family member, adoption, reunion, former family member, friend or significant other), for a non-commercial purpose, you will not receive the subject’s whereabouts or personal information until the subject has signed a waiver authorizing us the release of this information to you. In the event that the subject declines the release of this information, you may authorize us to release your contact information to the subject for the purpose of contacting you directly. In any case, you will still be responsible for the cost of the investigation conducted whether the subject authorizes the release of their information or not.

How do you charge for investigations?

We typically charge by the hour, but we do have investigative packages designed to reduce the total cost of lengthy investigations. It is dependent on the case particulars and these options will be discussed once we understand your case and have a better idea of the type and estimated length of the required investigation.
